I appreciated very much how quick this appointment was, even after the tech was running late. In past appointments to change my M365 password, I had to explain why I needed help doing that due to being on a Mac. My tech said he was very familiar with the issue and had my new password set shortly after. It was the easiest process, and I appreciate that! Kristin - KASB
