Client Care Check
Overview

Proper maintenance is the key to keeping your business running. Are you running updates on your computers? Is your firewall still protecting your network? Is your antivirus software protecting your data? We provide a Client Care Check to look over your network and ensure that:

  • Your backups are running
  • You can restore data from a tape
  • Updates are being downloaded and installed
  • Your firewall and wireless are secure
  • Your antivirus software is up-to-date and protecting computers
  • Plus more!

We schedule Client Care Checks on monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis. Client Care Checks are scheduled according to contracts. If you have additional work you need an engineer to address, please let the service coordinator know when scheduling.

A small problem can be fixed if caught early. However, if one of these things listed above is neglected, it could result in hours of downtime, lost data, and unforeseen technical support costs. Avoid the hassle by keeping your company's network up-to-date.
