- Technology Consulting: Hardware/software recommendations, collaboration with software vendors. Technicians have a wide variety of certifications to resolve your issues.
We work on PCs, servers, networks, WAN connections, wireless, 3rd party vendors, and additional equipment. We are an HP Authorized Partner and work with many vendors on products we sell to our clients and their warranty needs.

Networks Plus is different from our competitors in the way we structure our Technical Services department. We have a full-time Customer Service Manager in our Manhattan office who manages the daily schedules for all of our network technicians. When an emergency call comes in, the manager will dispatch a technician immediately. This helps to protect our customers against costly downtime, and allows for faster resolution to technical problems. In addition to the Customer Service Manager, Networks Plus also maintains an after-hours emergency response telephone system. Many of our clients require 24/7 emergency support, and Networks Plus is equipped to provide them with that level of service. When a call comes in to the after-hours operator, a technician is located and dispatched. Although there are additional charges for using this service, our clients have peace of mind that our technicians will be available for them when needed at any time.

Yes! We provide a walk-through with a sales representative and an engineer to help you plan out your companies needs.

You can call our Emergency After Hours 620-792-1291. After hour rates are double the normal rate plus a minimum three hour charge. You will be put in contact with a representative from Networks Plus who will dispatch an engineer.

No. We no longer provide Internet Service. If you have any questions about your service or bill please contact Carroll's Web at 800-290-4599. We can help you work with an Internet Service Provider to establish DSL, Cable, or T-1 and Fraction T-1 connections.
