1. What type of projects do you work on?

We work on projects that include, but are not limited to:

• Network Design: Peer-to-peer networks, Client-Server networks, Wide-area Network and Virtual Private Network (WAN and VPN) design and implementation, Storage Area Network (SAN) design and implementation.
• Technology Consulting: Hardware/software recommendations, collaboration with software vendors. Technicians have a wide variety of certifications to resolve your issues.

We work on PCs, servers, networks, WAN connections, wireless, 3rd party vendors, and additional equipment. We are an HP Authorized Partner and work with many vendors on products we sell to our clients and their warranty needs.

2. What certifications do the technicians have?

With more than 10 years of experience in providing service to a diverse group of clients, we have achieved a level of expertise that is unique among solution providers. Our staff members currently hold any number of the following certifications:

3. Do I need a service contract?

No service contract is necessary. To schedule a member of our technical staff, contact Technical Support at 1-800-299-1704 ext. 202 or support@networksplus.com.

4. Can I “Try Out” your service?

5. What are your hourly rates?

6. Do you have a minimum time/charge?

Our minimum charge is a half-hour and time is billed in 15 minute increments.

8. I have offices all over the state; can you help hook them up?

Yes, we will analyze your locations, service needs, budget and develop a plan with the best options for your business.

9. Why is Networks Plus better than other technical service companies?

Networks Plus is different from our competitors in the way we structure our Technical Services department. We have a full-time Customer Service Manager in our Manhattan office who manages the daily schedules for all of our network technicians. When an emergency call comes in, the manager will dispatch a technician immediately. This helps to protect our customers against costly downtime, and allows for faster resolution to technical problems.

In addition to the Customer Service Manager, Networks Plus also maintains an after-hours emergency response telephone system. Many of our clients require 24/7 emergency support, and Networks Plus is equipped to provide them with that level of service. When a call comes in to the after-hours operator, a technician is located and dispatched. Although there are additional charges for using this service, our clients have peace of mind that our technicians will be available for them when needed at any time.

10. I’m a new client, can I have someone review my current network?

Yes! We provide a walk-through with a sales representative and an engineer to help you plan out your companies needs.

11. What happens if I have issues after regular business hours?

You can call our Emergency After Hours 620-792-1291. After hour rates are double the normal rate plus a minimum three hour charge. You will be put in contact with a representative from Networks Plus who will dispatch an engineer.

12. Do you provide Internet Service?

No. We no longer provide Internet Service. If you have any questions about your service or bill please contact Carroll's Web at 800-290-4599. We can help you work with an Internet Service Provider to establish DSL, Cable, or T-1 and Fraction T-1 connections.
