In addition to the Customer Service Manager, Networks Plus also maintains an after-hours emergency response telephone system. Many of our clients require 24/7 emergency support, and Networks Plus is equipped to provide them with that level of service. When a call comes in to the after-hours operator, a technician is located and dispatched. Although there are additional charges for using this service, our clients have peace of mind that our technicians will be available for them when needed at any time.
